McCann Will Lead NYC '26 Parade

Photo of the Day: Robert "Bob" McCann, a third-generation Irish American with roots in County Armagh, and who was born in Pittsburgh, will lead the 2026 New York City Saint Patrick's Day parade as its Grand Marshal. McCann, who succeeds Michael Benn in the role, was formally introduced as Grand Marshal at a reception Wednesday evening hosted by the Irish Consulate in Manhattan. McCann's professional life has been in finance and he is President of the Irish Art Center's Board of Directors. Irish Echo photo.
