Dr. Kaitlyn Davis is an Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Northern Arizona University (NAU), where she directs the Environmental Archaeology Lab. One of her current projects is a national effort to better understand and mitigate the impact of climate changes and climate stressors on cultural landscapes and archaeological resources. In addition to her full-time job at NAU, she works part-time as a Senior Archaeologist at Chronicle Heritage and as an Online Instructor in the Continuing Education Program at the University of Colorado.

Kaitlyn is an active member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians (LAOH). She has helped with initiatives for her home membership division (Denver) and the Young Hibernian Committee. She assists with fundraising efforts to support LAOH charities and recently worked on a volunteer team to secure a preservation grant of $250,000.00 for structural and safety repairs to a historical church and community center in Denver which was granted. This church and community center’s mission involves serving immigrant and in-need families and individuals
