John Dady has sung his way into the hearts of his audiences since the 1970’s when he and his brother Joe produced their first album as “The Dady Brothers”.  Captivating audiences young and old, they shared their delightful music throughout the eastern United States and across Ireland. In 2015, they were presented the Tommy Makem Festival of Song Award and in 2020 were inducted into the Rochester Music Hall of Fame.

Since Joe’s untimely death, John has carried on the tradition. Playing upside-down, left-handed guitar and ukulele, his vast repertoire of songs includes original compositions, Irish and American Folk songs and popular tunes from the Big Band Era to the Beatles and the Band. He tailors each performance to foster a personal connection with his audience.
