A Welcome Peekskill Return

Pic of Day: On Saturday, November 19, AOH Division 18 Held its annual Thanksgiving Dinner Dance. It was the first such event since 2019, this due to Covid. The honorees this year were Clive Cronin and Joe Brady. Clive was Hibernian of the Year and Joe was honored with a Public Service Award. Clive is a past president of Division 18 and currently is the Westchester County President. Joe Brady was honored for his service for the Fighting 69th and his work with the Peekskill Parade committee. Also, at this event Division 18 added to its title and is now nicknamed the “Fighting 69th Division,” It is the only AOH division in the U.S. that is named after the famous Irish regiment. The dance was held at the Putnam County Golf Course and was well attended. Pictured (l-r): Dan Dennehy, Joe Brady, New York State Senator Peter Harckham, Clive Cronin and John Joyce.
