The Ancient Order of Hibernians will be hosting what is being described as a "critical issues" webinar this coming Saturday, September 26. The webinar will now take place as an Orange Order march on the Garvaghy Road in Portadown, Co. Armagh, has been given a green light by the Parades Commission.
