Feeney, according to a release, will be debuting his new solo single about his great-great-grandfather’s journey from the Famine to the Civil War and his time working in the Peekskill iron foundries.

The track is set to be featured on the YouTube channel "Inside Irish Music" with the episode dropping on Friday, June 5.

Organizers of the fundraiser are promising great food, raffles and prizes with an entry fee of $75 that will go to support "the good works of AOH Westchester." It will cost $200 to sponsor a jockey and this will enable entry to a special draw.

Said the release: "AOH Westchester thanks the Big Stakes Day Committee led by Chairman Brian Duffy and his team of Culinary Artists including Past Presidents Paul Clarke, Ed Reilly and County Treasurer Cathal McGreal, former owner of the Quiet Man Public House in Peekskill."
