Waterford is very proud of its Viking heritage and on June 20 and 21, and returning for its 14th year, the WLR Viking Marathon will feature an array of running events: a full marathon, half marathon, 10K, marathon relay, Ireland’s first and only Disability Friendly Run, the "Waterford Viking Run for All" and the increasingly popular Children’s Fun Run.
