The annual Aisling Center 5K Run and Walk Presented by Donnelly Meats and honoring Pauline Boylan-Coll is set for the off on Sunday, April 19 beginning at the Rambling House in Woodlawn.
The run/walk helps fund the Aisling Center’s programs and services.
The family-friendly event, said a release, welcomes runners, walkers, and even pets to take part in the 5K course through Woodlawn and Yonkers.
Following the race, participants will gather back at the Rambling House for awards, giveaways, and a special brunch menu.
The race honors the legacy of Pauline Boylan-Coll, a beloved community leader who helped expand opportunities for young girls in Gaelic sports throughout New York.
Participants should assemble t the Rambling House, 4292 Katonah Avenue in the Bronx for a check-in at 8 a.m.

The Aisling Irish Community Center, located on McLean Avenue in Yonkers, has served the Irish diaspora and wider community for more than 25 years through social services, senior programs, youth initiatives, and cultural programming.
