Pic of Day: The Hudson Valley Irish Fest will return for its 16th annual gathering tomorrow, Saturday, September 20 in Peekskill, Westchester County, New York. And the weather forecast could scarcely be better. The popular festival is staged at the Riverfront Green Park and will run from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. The wide array of acts will include returning performers as well as new ones. Festival organizers say that coolers, glass bottles, and pets (other than documented service dogs) are not permitted on the Fest grounds. Visitors are encouraged to take MTA Metro-North’s Hudson Line to Peekskill Station, located immediately adjacent to the Fest. Ample free parking is also available. More details at HVIF.org
