Pic of Day: Irish Consul General in New York Helena Nolan (sixth from left) was the special guest at a gathering for the first day of racing in Saratoga hosted by the Chairman of the New York State Gaming Commission Dr. Brian O'Dwyer and held in the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame. The event was attended by Irish and Irish American community leaders from organizations including the AOH, LAOH and IBO, this in addition to representatives from horse racing in the U.S. and Ireland.
