“New York City is back baby and what better way to kick off summer than with summer oysters on a rooftop in Manhattan?” So said Craic Festival Director Terence Mulligan about Thursday's Rooftop Oyster Fest at Bar 13, 35 East 13th St., Manhattan, from 6 to 9 p.m. “We are serving two types of oysters — Naked Cowboys & Oyster Ponds (blue points),” Mulligan added.
