Coveney zooms in from Dublin

Tánaiste and Irish Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, Simon Coveney, delivered a Zoom briefing on a range of issues Wednesday to Irish community representatives in New York City. The hour long session also included an update from Irish Ambassador to the United States, Dan Mulhall. The briefing was hosted by the Irish Consulate in New York and included a question and answer session that in significant part focused on the effects of Covid-19 on the Irish community in the greater New York area, and the efforts by various organizations to help those who are under particular stress.
