Aoife Williamson

Galway author and City College Downtown educator, Seamus Scanlon, will host an evening of theater, film, reading, discussion - and Barry’s Tea - at the New York Irish Center, 10-40 Jackson Avenue, Long Island City, on Monday evening, September 16 at 7 p.m.

The event will feature a rehearsed reading of the award-winning play “The Long Wet Grass”; the screening of the short film version (shot on location in Mayo); the reading of the award-winning flash fiction piece which started the whole thing, and a directed Q&A session.
