It may only be June, but founding director Terence Mulligan is already eyeing Craic Festival 2020. And to that end, he’s committed to planning more craic for 2019 and the proceeds will go towards presenting films and the music next spring. Specifically, on this Wednesday, Mulligan will host a rooftop party with oysters, beer and music at Bar 13, 35 East 13th St. in Manhattan from 6-9 p.m. $50 at the door.
