A new NY Rose

Elena Evangelou is the 2019 New York Rose. On Sunday, June 2, at the Tarrytown House Estates, Elena was crowned the 2019 New York Rose of Tralee. She will now compete along with 31 other Rose Ambassadors at the International Rose of Tralee festival in August.
