Up Munster!

Actors in the red of Munster, from left, David O’Hara, Henry Raber, Chase Guthrie Kneuven, Rob McDermott, Ed Malone and Sarah Street posed with the real-life players of Rugby United New York, the city’s first professional team in the sport, after last Friday night’s performance of “Alone It Stands.” It has been extended a week through Feb. 3 at 59E59 Theatres in Manhattan as part of the 2019 1st Irish Festival. The players enjoyed "Alone It Stands," by John Breen, which recalls Munster’s win over the touring New Zealand side in Limerick City in 1978. Rugby United New York, owned by Tipperary native James Kennedy, will debut in the national Major League Rugby away from home against San Diego Legion on next Sunday afternoon.
