Incoming Stepinac High School freshman and resident of White Plains, NY, Colin Cleary, has been named the first recipient of the new Officer Steven McDonald Scholarship funded by the Westchester County Friendly Sons of St. Patrick. Colin is here being congratulated by Stepinac High School President, Rev. Thomas Collins.
