Philly launch for McManus tome

Division 87 of the AOH is hosting the Philadelphia launch of Fr. Sean Mc Manus' Memoirs, "My American Struggle for Justice in Northern Ireland" on Saturday, October 15, at 2 p.m. in the Port Richmond AOH Hall, Division 87 , 2171 Wakeling Street.

"We are honored to host Fr. Mc Manus, who has played such an outstanding role in getting the U.S. Congress to stand up for human rights, justice and peace in Ireland.

"We must give this great man a wonderful welcome and show our deep appreciation for his 40-year struggle for Irish justice. And we must do everything we can to promote his memoirs, which is the perfect tool for advancing and reinvigorating the Irish cause in America," Div. 87 president, Jim Lockhart, said of the founder of the Washington, D.C-based Irish National Caucus.
