Don Foley, Vice President Carpenters Local 157. At over 8,000 members, Carpenters Local Union 157 is the largest local in the country. Additionally, it is one of nine Locals in New York City that are under the umbrella of New York City District Council of Carpenters. The jurisdiction of Local 157 covers parts of the Bronx and expands down through the southern tip of Manhattan.
