Biography: Vincent J. Foley is a New York attorney in Holland & Knight's Maritime Practice Group. He focuses his practice on international shipping and transportation related contracts, litigation and arbitration proceedings. Mr. Foley has practical experience from working on U.S. flag vessels, and as a lawyer has handled vessel casualties, groundings, and limitation proceedings, as well as oil pollution cases under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990. He has also represented marine terminal operators, logistics service providers and other intemodal operators in the transportation industry.
