What it taught me: How to be responsible and that reliability is everything! It taught me about all different types of people and personalities, how to stay calm, polite, and professional no matter the interaction.

Best advice you could give someone starting out: Show up on time and be consistent. Stay humble and treat everyone with respect. Always strive to be better, the worst thing you can do is nothing!

Who is your hero and why? My wife Laura. She stands by me through all challenges in life and makes me want to better myself continuously. She puts Ciara and me first without question and everything she does in life is for our benefit.
