Siobhan Vuotto, New York City Department of Education, Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. When Siobhan completed her Master’s degree she was hired as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in the same department. She is currently working in the classroom setting at IS34 in Staten Island.
