The consul general introduced Samantha Barry, editor in chief at Glamour, who put questions to Patrick Radden Keefe about his books, which include “Empire of Pain: The Secret History of the Sackler Dynasty” and the Northern Ireland-set “Say Nothing,” and his podcast, “Wind of Change.”
