Bronx Hibernians honor Engel

The Bronx County Ancient Order of Hibernians honored Congressman Eliot Engel at a ceremony over the weekend. Engel, who currently chairs the House Foreign Affairs Committee, has taken a career-long interest in issues of importance to the Irish American community, including the case of Malachy McAllister who can be seen sitting in the photo’s foreground.
