FDNY edges NYPD at GP

Over $10,000 was raised for the Sloan Kettering Cancer Fund when New York City's Finest took on the city's bravest at Gaelic Park in the Bronx recently. Honorary team members for the day included Jack and Luke Dennis for the FDNY, and Ailis Wall and Hannah McCormack for the NYPD.

Over 1,000 spectators crowded the stands to watch the teams battle it out before the firemen won the perpetual trophy, with a final score of 2-9 to the NYPD's 1-8. "The outing was a tremendous success and a great day was had by all," said NYPD GFC President, Noel Maloney.
