Sophie Colgan, from County Down, living in NYC for 9 years. is an Events & PR consultant, a podcast host and an MC! She was the 2015 NY Rose of Tralee and have spent most of her years in NY playing football with Manhattan Gaels. Her podcast "Navigating New York" is a platform to share the stories of the Irish and Irish American's who are navigating their lives in a way that can inspire others. Sophie is also a certified yoga teacher!
