Going Green For St. Patrick's Day

Leinster House in Dublin on St. Patrick's Eve. The green light display is part of “Solas: Awakening Ireland" which in turn is part of Ireland's St. Patrick’s Festival. Locations across Ireland have been illuminated with projections of reimagined, contemporary Irish imagery such as Ogham lettering, phrases and typography. As is now traditional, prominent buildings and structures around the world will also be greened for St. Patrick's Day, this as part of the annual campaign promoted by Tourism Ireland. The Chicago River has been green since last weekend. RollingNews.ie photo.
