Stamps of approval

Pic of the Day: Conor Keane (son of the playwright John B. Keane) and Conor Doyle (godson of the actor and comedian Jimmy O’Dea) each hold one of the four new designs of An Post stamps that it has issued celebrating 150 years of opening nights at Dublin’s Gaiety Theatre. The stamps show scenes from “Abdication” (1948), ”Dick Whittington” (1957), “Riverdance” (2017) and the Druid Theatre Company’s “Sive” (2018) by Keane. The new stamps are available now from selected post offices and anpost.com/gaiety. LEON FARRELL/PHOTOCALL IRELAND
