Joe Biden will be the 46th President of the United States and only the second Catholic to hold the office. Mr. Biden, long proud of his Irish roots, was confirmed to the office of the presidency when Pennsylvania was called for him Saturday morning. Senator Kamala Harris will become the nation's first woman vice president on inauguration day, January 20, 2021.
