Ireland’s president, Michael D. Higgins, is 77 today. While he will undoubtedly take a little time to celebrate, President Higgins will also be casting his mind forward to next week and his visit to New York. Mr. Higgins is pictured during a recent visit to the EPIC Emigration Museum in Dublin.
