“The Blood Flow Game” by Seamus Scanlon of City College's Center for Worker Education has a free rehearsed table reading on next Monday, Oct. 15, at the Skylight Room of Graduate Center from 7.30 - 9.30 with actors Gina Costigan and Peter Halpin, Don Creedon (director), Sarah Street (stage directions) and Carmel McMahon (moderator). The play is the sequel to “The McGowan Trilogy,” which premiered at Nancy Manocherian's the Cell Theatre Company in 2014 as part of Origin's 1st Irish Festival, and directed by Kira Simring. It has since been staged in Galway and Mayo, in the west of Ireland, Hastings in England and in Tokyo, Japan.

A film version of “The Long Wet Grass” part of “The McGowan Trilogy” produced by Manocherian is currently on the festival circuit.
