Ciaran Staunton (l) co-founder of the Irish Lobby for Immigration Reform, met with Irish Diaspora Minister Ciaran Cannon in New York last week. Mr. Staunton raised the issue of difficulties being faced by Irish citizens returning to the republic to live, not least with regard to obtaining drivers licenses and insurance.
