Tenor David O'Leary was the star turn at the recent St. Patrick's Day Speaker's Lunch on Capitol Hill when he performed songs including "When Irish Eyes Are Smiling" for an audience of political leaders that might want to take the song's message to heart.
"It was a great honor and an incredible experience to perform at the Speaker's Lunch. Seeing President Obama, Vice-President Biden, Congressman King and the other distinguished guests join me in the chorus of 'When Irish Eyes Are Smiling' is something I will never forget," said O'Leary.
