Hurley, Turner back for SPD

Joe Hurley in the audio recording studio working on the late Alphie McCourt's memoir, "The Soulswimmer."

Two favorites are back on the Manhattan stage on St. Patrick's Day -- Pierce Turner at Joe's Pub at 7 p.m. and Joe Hurley with his band Rogues March at Hill Country NYC, at 6:30.

Turner is celebrating the U.S launch of his new album "Vinegar Hill" at the iconic Lafayette Street venue, with special guest musicians Fred Parcells (ex Black 47) on trombone, and Avon Faire on multiple instruments and vocals. For details go to pierceturner.com.
