Moloney's Molly

Aedín Moloney has spent 15 years developing and adapting Molly Bloom’s soliloquy from “Ulysses” by James Joyce. Now, the result of that work, “Yes! Reflections of Molly Bloom,” is enjoying its premiere production at the Irish Repertory Theatre. The production, which continues through July 7 is being co-produced by actor Gabriel Byrne and co-adapted with by novelist Colum McCann. The reviewer at Theatre Mania wrote: “Aedín Moloney embodies the heroine of ‘Ulysses.’ It is a sensual experience for the ear, but when performed as exquisitely as it is by Aedín Moloney, it becomes an unforgettable experience for the eye as well.” For more tickets and more details, go to irishrep.org.
