Irish start up meets veteran Irish American legislator

Mingo, an Ireland-based start-up which allows users to bring together all messaging service conversations in one app, launched its platform on Ireland Day at the New York Stock Exchange. The event was held before St. Patrick’s Day in the presence of U.S. and Irish political representatives and business people. The Irish visitors met with John Tuttle, Global Head of Listings of the New York Stock Exchange, and helped ring the opening bell for the day’s trading. Mingo CEO Joe Arthur also met with U.S. Congressmen Brendan Boyle (D-Pennsylvania) and Richard Neal (D-Massachusetts) to discuss opportunities for innovative Irish technology in the U.S. Mr. Arthur (left) is pictured with Congressman Neal.
