Player launched

On Oct. 19, the Irish Consulate General in New York hosted representatives of the Irish Film Institute and the U.S. launch of the IFI Player, which facilitates access to Ireland’s moving-image heritage through the IFI Irish Film Archive. Pictured at the event, from left to right, were Fordham film studies student Kaylee Kilkenny, her grandfather Sean McMenamin of Philadelphia’s Commodore Barry Arts and Cultural Center, traditional musician Marie Reilly and actor and writer Ben Butler.
