Minister for the Diaspora, Joe McHugh, presents the “Salmon of Knowledge” bog-oak sculpture by Irish sculptor Michael Casey to Mae O’Driscoll. The presentation took place at the Irish Consulate in Manhattan during the minister’s recent St. Patrick’s Day visit.
