At last night’s Irish American Writers & Artists Salon, Patrick Mahoney, right, presented and signed copies of his new book, “From a Land Beyond the Wave: Connecticut's Irish Rebels 1798-1916.” Meanwhile, Cormac O'Malley, left, presented and signed his latest, “Modern Ireland and Revolution: Ernie O'Malley in Context,” a collection of essays he has edited about his father. The event took place at Bar Thalia, on Broadway, at West 95th Street, in Manhattan.
