Ready for the French

Ireland’s Donnacha Ryan at a photo op/press conference for the Ireland squad at Carton House, Co. Kildare, earlier today ahead of the Six Nations championship game Saturday against France at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin (11:50 a.m. U.S. Eastern). It was announced that star outhalf Johnny Sexton had come through a full week of training and would start for the Irish, as did full-back Rob Kearney. The full team is: Kearney; Earls, Ringrose, Henshaw, Zebo; Sexton, Murray; McGrath, Best, Furlong; D. Ryan, Toner; Stander, O'Brien, Heaslip. The replacements are: N. Scannell, Healy, J. Ryan, Henderson, O'Mahony, Marmion, Jackson and Trimble.
