Sean is the son of Patrick and Annie Horan who hail from Ballinrobe and Charlestown, County Mayo, Ireland. He has been married to is lovely wife for 11 years and is the proud father of Maggie (7) and Liam (6). He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in Operation Desert Storm from 1990 to 1991. Horan joined the Port Authority Police Department in 1994 and responded to the WTC attack on Sept. 11, 2001. He was promoted to Sergeant in September 2002 and to Lieutenant September 2006. Horan currently works in the Port Authority Office of Emergency Management after spending the majority of his career at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC. He coaches CYO basketball, baseball and soccer.
